This overreach for unlimited control through the back door of the NYSE, if passed by the SEC, will be a great and growing power over the lands of the citizens of the US. It will eventually give control of all lands, government and privately owned, to those who want to destroy”The American Dream” built on the idea of private property rights. Foreign entities as well as global efforts are openly involved. We have witnessed the administrative state’s collusion in so many of their actions, usurping the powers and duties of our constitutionally elected offices at all levels of government. This monstrous action must be denied.
