I am completely opposed to this proposed rule. I see where there is no benefit to the citizens of the United States and is simply a ruse to allow the United Nations to implement the 30x30 project. Americas national lands should come under the control of NGO's such as this will create. If the Federal Government wants to turn over the lands, then let the individual states take control. There is already to much foreign investments trying to control American.. I say no to this attempt to circumvent the US Constitution
