Dear Sirs/Madams, I just learned today of the proposal for NACs (Natural Asset Companies) by the NYSE (SR-NYSE-2023-09) and felt compelled to voice my strong opposition to this supposed land grab. The idiom "If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck..." comes to mind here. Not only do I believe this proposal goes against established Laws of the Land, I believe it is possibly made with ulterior motives. Therefore, I strongly urge your Commission to promptly and definitively reject this proposal. Respectively Submitted.
