Allowing Natural Asset Companies to take control of vast areas of land, minerals, water and other resources will cripple the middle class. I grew up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin and ALL farmers, small and large, were diligent in land and resource mangement. There is NO upside to NAC's, only a further disintegration of public rights. Is this the intent? I say no to SR-NYSE-2023-09.
