I am disgusted by what I have read with what a NACs are supposed to accomplish. In the end, this is an evil way to steal from hard working Americans. This cannot be considered and nor shall it be even allowed. I am not asking you to allow this, I am telling you not to allow this. DO NOT ALLOW THIS!
