I oppose the proposed SEC rule on NYSE Listing of "Natural Asset Companies". This scheme is an unconstitutional appropriation of public, and potentially private lands for the exclusive benefit of selected corporations. It is, in short, a license to loot the resources of the American people on a scale never before seen in this country. It is a bald attempt to transfer wealth from the nation to the political class and its chosen beneficiaries, which can include foreign and hostile nations and groups. This proposed regulation will ignite a firestorm of resistance and will never withstand constitutional scrutiny. Stop this theft now.
