Dear Sirs, I encourage the SEC to REJECT the proposed creation of Natural Asset Companies. These companies would infringe upon Americans' CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. Our farmers should be able to farm the land they own, WITHOUT PENALTIES for the fossil fuels used by their farm equipment. Small American-owned mining or lumber companies should be able to develop valuable natural resources from their property, using fossil fuel equipment WITHOUT PENALTY. The USA already has the MOST STRINGENT EMISSIONS CONTROLS for FOSSIL FUEL equipment of any country Especially NACs would allow hostile foreign powers (such as China, Saudi Arabia, Russia) to restrict American land use, greatly HARMING AMERICANS and our AMERICAN ECONOMY. American farmers and American-owned mining and lumber companies (for examole) would go out of business. In the long term, HOSTILE COUNTRIES would PURCHASE PRODUCTIVE resource-rich AMERICAN LAND and develop it for their own profit! This is the LONG TERM GOAL for CHINA, RUSSIA, SAUDI ARABIA and other hostile entities. I ask the SEC to not allow this SALE OF AMERICA. Please REJECT NATURAL ASSET COMPANIES!
