I was an author of many ISO standards regarding GHG accounting, projects for GHG reduction, accountability, verification and validation as well as all 3 pillars of sustainability, I am a Global Expert and found that ALL "Green" initiatives are gross fraud and are actually increasing emissions globally. I as well as many, have technical evidence of these claims. For the SEC to approve this initiative is fraud, incompetence and crimes against humanity, it must be rejected and never tabled again. ISO Geneva is the legislative branch of a one world government, please read their Direstives 1 and 2, they and the UNFCCC are directly responsible for all "Green" initiatives, please see original CDM- Carbon Disclosure Mechanism as well as all AR reports from IPCC.
