This allowing private entities to control public or private lands is not a good idea. Taking lands use away from the people who own them is un-American. What if the sierra Club leases the National parks and bars entry. Tell farmers what to grow , how to grow it etc. end drilling for oil on public lands.. It is a push for communistic control.
