Please do not allow Natural Asset Companies to own and control our resources. These resources should not be owned by private interests. Restricting our resources violates our private property rights. We do not want our resources to be owned by hostile countries. Please expand the time to comment on Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 or reject the rule completely.
