I completely oppose any federal effort to create NACs in the United States. Our sovereignty as a democratic republic depends on the ability of both private citizens and US-based businesses and corporations to have unimpeded access to all of our country's resources. The US should not allow the sale of any US resources to any foreign government, corporation, or individual without complete, binding legal assurance that ultimate legal control of the assets remains in US hands and in the best interests of the US
