NACs would be given license to control both public and private lands to the detriment of the public, intentionally prioritizing environmentalism over human flourishing. Natural assets such as air and water belong to all people and should not be monetized and "purchased" by corporations and special interests for ownership. Furthermore, foreign countries could invest in NACs. China and Russia could control our land and restrict our productive use of it. This is a national security threat! For the SEC to establish this would be treason! SR-NYSE-2023-09 diminishes people's property rights, and for the SEC to allow NACs is a clear intention to restrict the freedom of citizens and hand them over to whoever would buy them. Whoever allows this is complicit in the implementation of authoritarianism and will suffer the consequent loss of freedoms as well. Furthermore, selfish evil actions will not go unnoticed but will ultimately be judged someday, if not now but in the future, being held accountable even for eternal consequences.
