This act is outside the US Constitutions guidelines and unlawful. The Constitution limits government to protecting the rights of We The People. As a Sovereign Nation, We The People have full authority. We do not grant our Rights to a foreign unelected body to determine how we enjoy our Rights. Nor to how commerce is run in our country. This is already outlined in our Constitution. No foreign entity should be in charge of our natural resources nor have a say in how we use our own property. This is blatant usurpation of power that anyone in our government would "grant" this power to any organization/entity that We The People have not duly elected. This should be put to a vote amongst the States, on ballots, and not even be allowed to pass through Congress before being passed in each individual state. We do not grant this power to be taken from us, these Rights were not granted to Us by government, but are our Natural Rights granted to us by God.
