I am very opposed to any proposal to change the method of ownership or usage of public lands without a public referendum allowing all citizens to learn the intentions of any proposed changes and the impacts on the general public to enjoy public lands. There are no viable financial excuses to undertake generating revenue from the sale of public lands under any terms because the amount of money generated would pale next to the $34 trillion federal debt, and any resulting revenues would undoubtedly be wasted as usual and not applied toward an existing debt. If the current US government (SEC included) feels so bent on transferring the United States to China, why not save time and energy and instead of going through the process you intend to undertake just give it to China instead.
