This NACS scheme is an appalling government overreach that will jeopardize our access to food, water, and energy. Why would we want to give foreign countries and Corporations full control over our land, parks, farms, and resources that are currently maintained by the taxpayers? Instead of NACS, the Federal Government should give our Federal Lands, with the exception of parks and recreation areas, back to the states so their voters may decide how their land is managed.
