I oppose the formation of Natural Asset Companies (NAC) for the following reasons: 1) Not nearly enough time has been given for the public to consider this proposed way of creating wealth for rich globalists. And the public has not been alerted to this proposal except in the most minimal way. 2) The NACs would monetize and take out of public domaine assets that collectively belong to all of us, selling them off to corporations run by what many would call environmental special interests—in the name of "sustainability." 3) Our National Parks and private easements could become corporate property thus taking them out of public and private domaine and negating the rights of a private land owner to use their property as they see fit. After squeezing out the public owners of National Parks and private owners of easements and lands adjacent to easements, it would then be possible for the new corporate owners of the NAC to profit on the resources of the land. 4) If this Proposed Rule is finalized, private investors who have neither America’s best interests nor the public’s economic well-being in mind, would be handed both. It is possible that other nations, China or Russia or…for instance, could own our National Parks. 5) The founders of our US Constitution understood the right to own land a an important part of our American freedom. They understood the reality of either owning property OR being property. 6) I oppose the formation of these NAC and I see them as a violation of our Constitutional Right to the freedom that owning property bestows upon us as citizens. 7) I see the support for the establishment of NACs on the NYSE as being a betrayal by the Biden Administration of our rights to hold and use private property as we see fit.
