Opposition to proposed rule making number SR-NYSE-2023-09 regarding Natural Asset Companies I am 100 percent opposed to the SEC notice of proposed rulemaking number SR-NYSE-2023-09. NACs and any associated or similar trading vehicle should be prohibited. Our US natural resources belong to all American citizens NOT foreign companies/individuals especially the Chi-Coms.
