I STRONGLY OPPOSE the Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies. These types of companies could potentially interfere with American Citizens rights to control land and its usage within their cities, counties, and states. Nothing should be allowed for any company to interfere with the SOVEREIGNTY of American land. Farming, fishing and food production must remain free and unhindered by any foreign or domestic company who wished to control land usage that is not in the interest of the life, liberty and prosperity of the American Citizens. We elect representatives to local, county, state and federal positions to hear the voice of the people regarding our country. The SEC should NOT and MUST NOT subvert this democratic process. I am praying for youv that you will do the right thing for the American Citizens.
