I am against the SEC notice of proposed rulemaking number SR-NYSE-2023-09. Natural Asset Companies or similar types should be prohibited from being listed on the NYSE. If these new rules are enacted, they could threaten private property rights. I am also concerned about the privatization of National and State Parks which would effect my family's enjoyment of these wonderful treasures. Not only could private companies could buy our parks but also foreign countries who may not have the USA's best interest. Finally, NAC could threaten to block the use of natural resources in pursuit of climate change without local community input which threatens our sovereignty. No to NAC on the NYSE.
