I oppose this SR-NYSE-2023-09 because as I understand this it could result in other countries being able to get control of our Public Land, National Parks, and resources. Why would you open a door like this to give a chance of other countries or very wealthy groups to controlling the things we need to prosper as a nation. Do not let this pass .
