STOP AMERICA’S SELL-OFF – AND THE SELL-OUT I oppose the creation of Natural Asset Companies that will be used to sell off, and sell out, America. Our country’s public lands, waters and even air MUST NOT BE sold to private interests that wish to prevent the productive use of such resources. I also oppose unconstitutional restrictions on our lands that restrict individual Americans’ property rights and other freedoms. This is communism, pure and simple: Someone else controls the means of the production. Many of those private interests may include domestic groups (e.g., Bill Gates, Black Rock, State Street, and others) as well as hostile foreign powers -- Chinese Communist Party, Russia and Iran -- who have their own reasons for wanting to lock down our hydrocarbon-based fuels, minerals, forests, farms, etc. I urge the Securities & Exchange Commission to extend the time available for comment on proposed Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09 or to reject it outright immediately.
