I am opposed to this ruling change proposition on several points. I am limiting them to 3: 1) New accounting practices. How to place monetary value on something like air. 2) Land grab from the progeny of land owners as land values in easements lose value. Forcing people off generation land and the security it provides. 3) International security concerns with land use on the NYSE for any foreign entity to purchase. Please reject this in all its form.
