Allowing the New York Stock Exchange to create these NACs is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Foreign interests, private companies, the global interests, etc should never have control over our lands in order to make these outlandish profits at the expense of the United States citizens. NO one should be in charge of Mother Nature and how these lands are used but the citizens who own the land or how they vote to use the land. These people trying to get these companies on the NYSE should be prosecuted by the fullest extent of our laws!
