I am writing this comment to object to the ruling SR-NYSE-2023-09. This ruling will place unreasonable restrictions on Idahoans usage of their public lands while making lands available to private corporations and even foreign entities. I support Idaho congressional legislators, governor and state officials in their requests for more time to investigate the ramifications of this ruling.
