Please reconsider the proposed rule changes. It seems that all this does is put the management of our federal lands into the hands of corporations that only care about the bottom line. This will result in a decrease in the ability to access federal lands, an increase in destruction of our land, and will allow foreign investors to own some of our most precious areas. The rule clearly reads like a lobbyist wrote it and benefits no one except the corporations that can afford to buy these "assets".
