This act is contrary to the market and will endanger America's ability to protect its natural resources for the benefit of its citizens. The government overreach proposed through this idea for Natural Asset Companies will harm our public and private farmland and natural resources. NACS will give foreign countries and corporations control over the land, parks, farms, and resources currently maintained by the taxpayers. Hostile private and foreign entities will hold our assets. Voters in the states should decide how their land is managed. Please do not allow these proposed changes to occur.
