This proposition makes as much sense as calling a man a woman and vise-versa. It makes as much sense as refusing to allow Mr. Trump to be on the ballot in a state based on the 14th amendment, that he was involved in an insurrection, when no insurrection was proven. and if one was proven, . The Declaration of Independence states that we have certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS including the pursuit of happiness. That includes land ownership for citizens. That means our land can not be given away. and it cannot be taken away. Our government is established to secure these rights; not to insecure them. United States government, YOU MAY NOT GIVE OUR LAND TO FOREIGN NATIONS. Federal government, this is an abuse of the very limited authority you are given by our Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. Governments shall not arbitrarily infringe on the basic right of the individual to acquire, possess and freely transfer real property, and shall protect private property rights as referred to in the 5th and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. AND even National Parks and other federal lands are for the people. We will not start giving our land to other countries until they are giving their comparable land to us.
