To the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission: I am deeply concerned about the rules change that would allow National parks, State Parks, Conservation lands, and even farmlands to be listed as NACs (Natural Asset Companies) on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange). Proponents of this change, on their website, talk about how these lands could be beautified and improved by this arrangement. However, they neglect to point out, that these lands, if they end up on NYSE, could be sold to the highest bidder, and that includes the CCP, and other nations/entities that are enemies of the United States and our way of life, who could easily use this opportunity to take these lands as a launching point for a hostile takeover, or military offensive, from within, against this nation. By doing this you are putting the security of our nation in grave danger. The NYSE is about buying and trading assets. They are not about who in the world may buy them, or how they must be used. Our National Parks, State Parks and Conservation lands, have conservation laws that protect these lands and their natural resources from abuse/misuse. Far from being limited to being beautified/improved, putting them on the NYSE as NACs, takes them out from under these protections. I don't care if you are being bribed, pressured or threatened to make this move. Please be courageous and do the right thing for the citizens of the U.S. and the rich lands that we possess in this nation, and don't put us all at risk! I am praying for you to do the right thing and not go forward with these NACs!
