This NACS scheme is an incredible government overreach that will jeopardize Americans' access to food, water, and energy. NACS will give hostile foreign countries and Corporations full control over the land, parks, farms, and resources currently maintained by the taxpayers. With NACS, hostile private and foreign entities will hold our assets hostage to drive social climate change, degrowth, and box people who disagree out of the economy. Instead of NACS, the Federal Government should give our Federal Lands, with the exception of parks and recreation areas, back to the states so their voters may decide how their land is managed. Private property ownership is guaranteed by the constitution and this could potentially affect that. Let the states decide and honor the 10th Amendment!
