I strongly oppose the Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies. These type of companies could potentially interfere will American Citizens rights to control land and it usage within their cities, counties and states. Nothing should be allowed for any company to interfere with the sovereignty of American land. Farming, fishing and food production must remain free and unhindered by any foreign or domestic company who wished to control land usage that is not in the interest of the life, liberty and prosperity of the American Citizens. We elect representatives to local, county, state and federal positions to hear the voice of the people regarding our country. The SEC should not and must not subvert this democratic process.
