I oppose the provision permitting Natural Asset Companies (NACs). Private property will be threatened by them sooner or later. Defying the process of change in scientific consensus which is subject to change and improvement, productive lands will be removed from our economy and American citizens will suffer, not only property owners but also the produce of human activity and the range of freedoms we have in our country.
