Please disapprove due to the following: there is a conflict of interest between NYSE and IEG since NYSE is an investor in IEG; reads like a new and opaque version of the failing ESG scheme; would allow these corporations to use other peoples money to take control of these "assets" which seems eerily similar to BlackRock and other institutional investors getting into real estate and driving up prices; and these "investors" will be spending these funds on social purposes that are so hard to define you need to create a new form of "accounting"; and it also seems a new scheme set up by so-called environmentalists to scam the system to get what they want without using the democratic system, just like they have used sue-and-settle with state and federal governments for years.
