Securities and Exchange Commission: I write to express my adamant opposition to the creation of natural asset companies and the allowance of land use restrictions by these entities. As a nation we have been richly blessed with natural resources to be used for enjoyment, for sustenance, for energy, for enterprise and for personal property. For a company such as a natural asset entity to be able to control the usage of our lands would be vastly detrimental to our national health and wellbeing. In addition this will increase the wealth disparity making the wealthy much wealthier and hurting the average, working citizen. Please do not approve the creation of natural asset companies.
