This is the first I’ve heard about this outrageous overreach by the SEC to put in place NACs under the guise of protecting our environment. You know something is shady when it is quietly brought forward to the American people and those who work in fields that are knowledgeable about such things are given a very limited amount of time to voice their disagreement and concerns. Implementation of NACs will have a huge negative impact on our society and Nation as we know it by creating a new incentive for non government corporate control over our publicly shared lands. There will be a catastrophic impact on our rural economies by removing land from productive use. It will become too expensive for farmers to work their land and they will be forced to sell their farms and our food production will be tremendously reduced. NACs will provide a pathway of locking up our natural resources like fossil fuels or minerals, harming local communities in those activities. In Arizona we have a large mining industry. The objective of the NACs isn’t to conserve land and protect our environment, it is to seek political & financial control of the world’s natural resources particularly in the United States. The proposed rule for NACs invite FOREIGN interests to invest in an NAC & US natural resources. Who is really behind this? George Soros, Bill Gates, the WEF? Stop the greed in the name of global warming and Environmental, social, and corporate governance. Do NOT allow NACs! It will be the death of our livelihood, freedom and world as we know it.
