I am seeing many interesting and well informed comments that people have made before me, so I will keep mine brief. I would have complaints about the way public lands are currently handled, but overall the system works fairly well. Allowing foreign entities even partial ownership or control of the lands within our borders is wrong. Things should remain the way they are or the lands should be returned to the states. Thank you!
