These are my COMMENTS on this action. I oppose this action by the SEC!! This is a Federal Action that needs further vetting by the people of the United States. You have attempted to bury this action during the holiday season, thereby preventing the substantive vetting by the people of the United States of this far reaching "TAKING", which is the absolute legal term appropriately used here, of lands of the United States. This action basically throws a huge blanket over the public policies, or land management activities of federal, state and local governments and private land ownership and discards current practices covering the public reporting of environmental or other impacts of projects that fall under NEPA or state equivalent evaluations regarding the use or impacts on public and private lands. This action puts land management activities, zoning, and private property ownership under and entity that has no oversight, while creating a management methodology that cancels the need for every land management agency of the federal or state or private land owner. This is TOTALLY WRONG and in consistent the rights afforded private landowners while circumventing the rules and regulations of any federal, state or private land ownership entity. This is a HUGE landgrab by an entity that has no oversight or input from the people of the USA. STOP this process and extend this overreach activity and publicly expose these plans to the larger population. This should not be done in the dead of night!!!! STOP this process and overreach. The consequences this action are monumental and UN-American. I do not want my private property rights to devolve into some climate change/ecological protection scheme to benefit the rich of this country, nor turn our national assets over to potential investments from foreign entities.
