Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09
From: Tom Bozikis

I am opposed to the rule granting the creation of National Asset Companies for the purpose to control “natural” resources such as air, land, and other types of natural resources for the purpose of controlling food production, and allowing foreign interests to “invest” in the United States, which could be a national risk as well as interfering with free enterprise. This proposed change will only serve to diminish the opportunities for individuals to participate in maintaining individual sovereignty. Proposals like this only serve to widen the gap between the haves and the have nots. This actually diminishes the current philosophy of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Philosophically, I oppose the entire concept of public/private partnerships as I see this an unholy relationship between government and corporations. I also find this to be repugnant to our Constitution and the separation of powers with the administrative state taking the place of the legislature by making rules with the force of law. Thank you for allowing me to present my concerns, and with the hope that the commission will not proceed with this anti-American rule.
