This would allow a company to "take" public & private lands" at will. It's not a profit making company not to mention the fact that it can also sell or lease to "foreign countries". I look at it this way as you should. They don't let us control their lands, so why should we do it for them? Its ridiculous. Plus why create a company you "know" isn't going to make money. The facts have all been stated in news articles that they won't make any money. Just take people's lands.
