This is an incredible government overreach that will harm our access to food, water, and energy. NACS will give hostile foreign countries and corporations full control over the land, parks, farms, and resources currently maintained by the taxpayers. Hostile private and foreign entities will hold our assets to their interests, NOT ours. The Federal Government should give our Federal Lands, with the exception of parks and recreation areas, back to the States so their voters may decide how their land is managed. Let the States decide, as the 10th Amendment indicates.
