This is an incredible government overreach that will jeopardize American citizens access to food, water, and energy. NACS will give foreign countries and Corporations full control over the land, parks, farms, and resources currently maintained by the taxpayers. With NACS, hostile private and foreign entities will hold our assets hostage to drive social climate change, degrowth, and box people who disagree out of the economy. Instead of NACS, the Federal Government should give our Federal Lands, with the exception of parks and recreation areas, back to the states where they belong, so American citizens may decide how their land is managed. Follow the Constitution! Our forefathers wrote it to prevent issues such as this from taking away our sovereignty.
