This is pure evil! I am completely opposed to the establishment of Natural Asset Companies. The National Security implication along with the infringement of the constitutional rights of states and citizens far outweigh any benefit that the nation could recoup. This particular set of rules are unnecessary and unwarranted for the Federal Government to implement. The excessive over reach of the Federal Government into what is local matters in these rules are an anathema to the intent of the framers of the constitution. Do not implement these rules.
