Oppose the authorization of NACs. NAC would put land access and use policy in the hands of unaccountable distant entities. The standard of “sustainability” that NACs propose to use is vague, easily manipulated and subject to political and financial manipulation. NACs are not in the interest of the actual people who use land and resources, they will benefit investors instead.
