The proposal to allow the NAC to assume control and management of natural resources, public and private lands is abhorrent on every level. To allow a non-representative, private sector entity control over these, is nothing less than treason against the sovereignty of the citizens and the nation. This would negate private ownership and rights to self governance and hand those rights over to the wealthy elite in the private sector and corrupt governments that want to see the destruction of our country. I strongly oppose this rule on NAC.
