It's disappointing that leaving this comment seems futile, but I also can't stay silent in good conscience. As a parent of 5 children, I desperately want for them to grow up with the same opportunities and liberties I've enjoyed. The creation of NAC's is an unconscionable act of public resource privatization that never should have been considered. Allowing this to move forward will create a new toolset to disenfranchise the populace in order to restrict our freedoms and limit our ability to access the resources placed on this earth for our benefit. I urge you to consider the long term ramifications of this misadventure and immediately dispose of the idea of NAC's into the dustbin of history. Thank you.
