NACs do not advance the economic liberty, poltical freedom, or environmental protections for the vast majority of Americans. Examples like Flint, Michigan demonstrate the danger of outsourcing management of environmental resources to corporate actors; NACs appear to encourage such bad behavior at scale. Please block the current proposal, and prevent future versions of it as well.
