The very creation of these entities is anti capitalist by its nature and would all a handful of wealthy and misguided elites to control land ruin the lives and economic stability of millions of Americans. If you thought CDOs were bad, this is comparable to a CMO on a comercial real estate level with the intent, not being to use the land for profitability and growth, but to destroy or control entire sectors of the economy. Go ahead, not like there is a giant comercial real estate bubble that is about to burst or anything.
