I am not in favor of this resolution, it is at the very least unconstitutional. More importantly, it is generally un-American and anti-human. You have proposed a run around the constitution so that you can usurp more power from the people. The consequences of catastrophic issues are so numerous that I can't contemplate them all. Please stop this about an agenda and money for the wealthy and please think about the average American. Also, this constant creation of laws produced by the executive branch is noticed and not appreciated. Thank you
