Iam writing to request a delay at a minimum on the vote to allow trading of natural asset companies by the SEC. This is such a fundamental and potentially civilization shaking change it MUST receive additional scrutiny until further study and publicity to the public. If this is impossible I urge you to vote down this proposal. As one small example, ownership of drinking water, water to grow crops, being in the hands of a corporate oligarc who deside which individuals get water is evil. And you men/women on the SEC KNOW this to be so. There is NO good thing that comes out of this other than slavery, and death to the majority of human population. It will cause the overthough if multiple national governments including potentiallythat of the USA, Canada, New Zealand. STOP
