The SEC/NYSE proposal to create Natural Asset Companies would destroy rural America, destroy agriculture, make a mockery of private property, and lead to great hunger and hardship and death. It must not be pursued. It is also way beyond the bounds of the SEC's authority and is clearly unconstitutional.
