I see this measure as basically theft of our natural resources and selling them off to foreign as well as domestic entities. It is a "land grab" in the esoteric sense, but the damage to citizens no longer having rights or potentially access to our own national areas and resources so that politicians and government agencies like SEC can get rich is real and disturbing. The natural areas of the USA should belong collectively to We the People, not to the government or foreign corporations! The government merely manages the land on behalf of We The People.
